Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product(s), please contact us at hello@daviesdecoranddesigns.com to start the return process. Returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your product. A return via Store credit will be sent through email once we have received and processed your return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. If an item is sent back with an unpaid shipping fee, the return will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of some of our products slight imperfections may occur and is not considered a product flaw and will not be accepted as a return.

Final Sale Items are not eligible for return or store credit.

Digital Products are a final sale and non refundable.

All Design Service purchases are final sale and non refundable.

All market purchases are final sale and non refundable.

Gift Card purchases are final sale and non refundable.

If an item is received by a customer as damaged, we will require photos and a description of the damaged item(s). Once we have reviewed the concern, we will decide an outcome on a case-by-case basis by exchanging the item or by providing store credit of the purchase amount.

A Note on Delivery: Please note that items can only be delivered to the original address specified during the checkout process. To ensure a smooth delivery experience please kindly provide an active phone number and email address during checkout.
